Responsibilities
Latvia is responsible for the quality of the project activities and results as the coordinator of the project and for the time management issues (meeting all deadlines, rescheduling activities, adjustment if necessary) which will be discussed using regular communication forms among all coordinators (e-mail, Skype, face to face communication, mobile phones).
Latvia is responsible for maintaining eTwinning, hosting C2 and monitoring A2 and A8.

Romania is responsible for all local activities, evaluation, monitoring A3 and hosting C1.
​
Portugal is responsible for organising all local activities, monitoring A1 and A7 and hosting C4.
​
Greece is responsible for all local activities, monitoring A6 and hosting C3.
​
Croatia is responsible for all local activities, monitoring A5 and hosting project coordinators meeting.
​
Sweden is responsible for organising all local activities, monitoring A4 and hosting project
coordinators meeting.

Every School Project coordinator:
​
-will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluating the quality of the project activities at his/her organisation.
-will ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project objectives are met.
-will oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used.
-will be responsible for a smooth-running communication among the project core persons and to external partners.
